It’s sad honestly, young teenagers who don’t wanna work taking your order with no motivation. Why am I giving my order to people who wish I didn’t come in? To quiet, they talk with an attitude and they mess up the order which tells me they don’t care. They might as well shut this place down and put up a place with workers who care

this was disgusting. i went inside and was going to order a muffin but i looked and there were flies all over it eating them. they were on all of the food. the worst part, the employee took the food , saw the flies fly off, and put it in the bag for the customer. absolutely disgusting that they are serving food that had been eaten by bugs.

Always understaffed. The poor girl behind the counter was pushed to her limits. Some of the donuts were stale but a couple were quite tasty. I think if they could get a couple more employees, this place would be higher on my list of places to go.

There was a crazy kid at the drive thru threaten me and ran from inside to the drive through to attack me he have mental issue I was talking to the girl saying that the coffee is not fresh very bad he just snap at me saying do not talk to my girlfriend lol he think he was at a club he’s sick I could sue him and the store the cam recorded everything he said and he lied to the police also when he ran toward the car saying let’s fight lol that was video taped I just let it go cause the girl was very nice didn’t want her lose her job she couldn’t help it she’s dealing with a manic she need to speak up for herself! Anyway Ya very unacceptable and sick for customer service! Immature kid wanted to show off by threaten and attacking a customer who was talking nice asking for a good coffee, I know the owner he’s Egyptian he gonna lose his business if he don’t better mange the store

Went to the one on St Broad Street placed an order in drive-thru with a small coffee to only get to the window for them to tell me they were out of what I ordered! Really you couldn't tell me that when I ordered it! Paid for my coffee & had to go to another DD down the road for what I needed! Very poor service with 3 girls working in there!

I asked for an iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel and there was not a single pump of it. I also asked for a plain bagel toasted with butter and the amount of butter on it made it a butter with a side of bagel. Every time I come there is an issue with my order except the weekend afternoon staff, they are always getting it right. Also any time I pay cash the owner keeps a dollar for himself. Do better.

Terrible location. With so many Wawas around I will never try this place again. The employees are miserable and incompetent. I sat in the drive through after ordering with one car ahead of me for 15 minutes. All the cars that had not ordered yet left. Pulled up to the window and the employee there ignored me and went to work on something else. My order was sitting right there. There were several other workers doing nothing inside. Left my order there. Never again.

Was given an attitude (not shocking) when I asked to have my drink made right. When the employee got mouthy I asked for a refund. Instead of giving me a refund she proceeded to egg me on and then recorded me when begging and screaming for my refund. They literally stole my last $5 I had to my name by refusing to give me my refund. Here’s a tip to the employees of this Dunkin’ Donuts. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE IS GOING THROUGH SHOW SOME COMPASSION TO YOUR PATRONS. also when asked for a manager was told there isn’t one on duty. WHAT A JOKE. GO TO THIS DUNKIN IF YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED AMD RIDICULED

I gave the manager my credit card and he said it did not go through. I gave it back to him. I got my Amex bill and was double charged. I went 8n and spoke to a woman. She said that I could not get a refund and she would not give me product either. She told me that she would do nothing to fix it and that I had better leave. I called Amex and they are filing fraud charges against them.

CHECK UR MACHINE.. Got my drink and found SHREDDED PLASTIC in it. along with one large piece. Coffee had toppings in it so I’m worried I didn’t notice right away an ingested plastic shredding. Throat feels scratched and hurting.. feel like there is pieces stuck in back of throat… PLEASE CHECK MACHINES

I pulled up and ordered a drink in the drive thru but innocently forgot to mention to use almond milk (I'm lactose intolerant). So I pull up to the window and apologized that I forgot to mention I needed almond milk. I was met with a look of disgust and was then told "well we already made your drink". As if I HAD to take the drink just because it was made. Taken aback I politely said I understand but I am physically unable to drink cow milk. I was shockingly then scolded like I was a toddler and given instructions for "next time". As a person that works with the public this is my word of advice. The staff needs to have some level of understanding when it comes to food allergies. Although it was my error, I shouldn't be obligated to take a drink and pay for it just because you already made it when there's a food allergy involved. Second, there needs to be a level of professionalism. Never in my life have I been talked down to like a child. I would suggest some further education and teaching regarding soft skills. That's it.

Drive thru is supposed to be fast and convenient. Worst drive-through experience I've ever had in my 58 years. And this is not just a one time thing. They are consistently horrible.You either wait a long time for somebody to come to the microphone or they ask you to wait a second then minutes later you're calling out to them asking if they remember that you're there. They rarely thank you for your order, never give you your total for your order and never even say please.I don't blame the employees AKA the kids. Instead I blame the owners. The owners are the only people who have been at that Dunkin' donuts since the day it opened. So, they're the ones training these kids poorly. Therefore, it must be the owners who lack the customer skills.
