If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The 3 girls working on Friday July 21st at 6:30 pm went above and beyond with customer service. The were extremely kind souls and I could not thank them enough. My two children have invisible disabilities. Both have multiple neurological/ behavioral disorders. They unknowingly made my kids day by being so kind and caring and In doing so also made my day. You have really great staff. I can’t thank you enough!
I just wish my dunkin would have peanut stick doughnut like up in North Tonawanda,New York. Thank you.
NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN WE CAME UP TO THE DRUVE THROUGH “ Silent “. Took 10 minutes for these girls to come to and take our order then it was BOYS IN THERE TALKING AND LAUGHING WITH THEM WHICH WAS THE PROBLEM. 1. Where are the supervisors what’s going here. 2. We ordered coffee all wrong and donuts done. I am done never coming back you guys have to do better in leadership.
