1st sit down visit for lunch; had previously ordered takeout for my daughter. El Guajillo was very busy yesterday for Lunch and that would explain the 3 stars for service. Once the server came, we ordered and the chips and sauces came. The order arrived within 15-20 minutes. It was not as hot as I would have preferred, but it was good. I would definitely come back. One of the best Hispanic restaurants in Hamilton. The food is spectacular and so well made. The menu has lots of choices to fit any craving. There are plenty of options from tacos and burrito bowls to chilaquiles and seafood. Bring your picky eaters, too. They offer burgers, chicken fingers, milkshakes, and soups.

We had a great meal here! The food is truly authentic and full of flavor. Staff were kind, fast, and made us feel welcome. we tried Veg Tacos , Burrito bowl, hibiscus drink , , all were fresh and delicious. Prices were reasonable . If you’re in New Hope, definitely check this place out.
