Slow service, only 2 people in line and 5 servers. They added some premium mint sauce, but don't tell u its extra $ till u pay. Pricing needs more transparency. ( Mint sauce is not that good either, compare to avacado add-ons)
Velma was absolutely incredible. Nice, quick, and incredibly professional. You dont find staff like this anymore and the customer experience she gave. She even smiled when serving me. Keep up the great work. Thanks Velma!!
For a new location, this has been a disappointing experience. I’m a loyal Chipotle customer, and about 65% of the time I visit this location, something is missing. Whether it’s no lemonade at the drink station, no salad dressing for salads or bowls, consistently small portions that force customers to pay for double meat just to get a reasonable serving, or no white or brown rice available at the serving line while those same items are still being used to fulfill online...read full review
