Running a restaurant is a challenge, and people often don't realize how overhead, personnel and food costs make pricing a tough call. That said, prices are simply too high. Perhaps there's no other way, yet it seems they've exceeded some threshold. Food ranges from very good to average.
We placed orders for pick up today nov 29 and they confirmed my order. We drove all the way from monroe only to find out that they were closed and there were 2 or 3 cars with us there who just had to leave also. The least they could have done was to call us to say that they could not fill out our orders. Would appreciate your letting us know what happened
My friend took me here because her and her family went here when she grew up. The food here is delicious, rich with seasoning, and very, very authentic. They also have premade pastries and snacks you can buy. The combo which is rice with two sides is only $10. The melon and mango juice is fresh and delicious. I really wanted to try everything. I will be returning for sure. The ambiance was awesome and everyone is very friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend this gem of a restaurant.
