they messed up with my order...I ordered parmesan crusted chicken and they brought me bbq chicken and pork ribs. I sent the food back and they didn't bring my order. I was just seated there for like over 15 minutes for nothing. They ruined my lunch. I'll never come back there again.

Always reliably good and reasonably priced. I've always enjoyed anything I've ordered here, steaks are flavorful without being overbearing, portions are a good size, prices are reasonable, and the service is good. I know it's a chain, but you couldn't really ask for more!

This was my first time at Longhorn and it was the best experience! The food was amazing. I’ve gone to a lot of expensive steak houses and their steak wasn’t nearly as good as the one I had here. Also amazing service from our server Logan. He was very sweet an attentive. Always made sure we were having a good experience. I definitely recommend

Absolutely atrocious service on the takeout Counter. Was given a lecture on where and how to stand after waiting patiently and being ignore all the while. I'm certain these are awesome individuals in private, but this is a first. When I put her to task, she made a rather stunning accusation, that I was rude to the Maitre D when I sought her assistance in alerting any staff to assist me at the takeout counter. The obtuseness was recklessly stunning when i attempted to engage in earnest.In the past 2-3 months, I've had the privilage to dine at 8-10 Longhorn Restaurants from Texas, North Carolina, Kansas, Missouri, and New Jersey. I have had over 6 diners at this location just in the last month and I find the food and service to be good and a solid value proposition.I arrived in a rather chipper demeanor and walked away soured by that experience. In other words, it was my fault I was not being served for standing in the wrong takeout booth only 4ft apart from where I was! Imagine that.This may be a one-off, but yeah, not fun at all!
We were a small group having lunch after my uncle's funeral. The staff was very accommodating and sympathetic to our loss. The graciously discounted our bill because of the circumstances. This kind gesture was something that meant a lot to me and my family.
