Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

“Tried” going there today for a late lunch. We were a party of 4. At first we were seated in the bar area at a booth. The booth was extremely tight for us. They moved us to another booth in the back of the restaurant. This booth was the same size and also too tight for us. Three of us are over 6 ft. plus wearing winter coats. It was 2:30 pm and not crowded. We asked if we could sit at the round booth in the corner. The host said it is for 5 plus people. I asked if he could ask the Manager, again it was NOT crowded at 2:30 pm. He said the Manager said no. So we left. Unbelievable that we were not permitted to sit there knowing we were going to leave if not. So much for customer service. The Manager really needs additional training. Definitely will not be back!!!! P.S. We went next door to Longhorns and was seated in a round corner booth!

You can always save money by not getting an appetizer due to their bottomless fries

The gave me a single pat on pig out burger and I asked for camp fire mayo didn't get it.

Horrible service every time I come here. From the moment you walk in to the time you leave, nothing goes right. Something is ALWAYS wrong. I can’t say many good things about this Red Robin at all.

Food and drinks were great had an amazing server named Lindsay she kept my drink topped off always made sure everything was good and she is very pleasant and cheerful ?

The food was tasty but I still struggle with $15+ ? burgers ?‍? even if they do come with bottomless fries. The service was friendly ? although the waiter forgot one complete entree (maybe 1 out of 7 is OK??) The biggest problem is the temperature inside the restaurant. We've been here 3 or 4 times and it's so cold ? inside we've finally learned to bring a jacket. I can't say that every RR location is like this, perhaps the manager here struggles with hot flashes. ?. Overall we do like RR, it's kid friendly and they have several healthy, low carb options on the menu.

Parking: Convenient location that's easy in and easy out, adjacent to the main road.

Kid-friendliness: Kids get crayons and a puzzle sheet to keep them busy. Food comes out fairly quickly so they're not fidgety for too long. My grandsons eat from the adult menu and my grand daughter just shared some of Mom's meal and is happy so long as she gets some fries.
