I did not enjoy my experience in this restaurant because I've found the food portions to be to small for the price. I love to explore restaurants but I don't think I will be visiting this place again.

The ribs were so tender they melted in your mouth. Courteous service and a warm greeting when we entered. Only disappoint was one dessert we ordered; cake was dry and missing one ingredient. But everything else was wonderful.

We had a wonderful experience tonight at Ruby Tuesday's. Food was delicious but our waiter, Travis was exceptional and paid close attention to details. He came to our table with a big smile and outstanding personality. Travis made us feel like we were special and in good hands. And we observed that he was the same with every table. He was knowledgable about the menu and stopped by our table a couple times to ensure everything was okay. He let us know our food would be out soon. Even when he brought the bill he made you feel like you enjoyed your experience and met a truly wonderful person. Travis is is an asset to Ruby Tuesday's and a "Ray of Sunshine" to all he meets. Thanks Travis for making our dinner wonderful. We will see you soon.

For once in the past couple of months everything was awesome including our waitress. Whatever they changed please keep it, also the mozzarella dipping sauce needs to go back to old recipe, It's way to thick for dipping.

The hostess could barely look up from her phone to grab menus and show us to a table. She never even greeted us. We sat for over 15 minutes, no waiter took a drink order, said hello, nothing. The place was dead, we saw wait staff clearing glasses from empty tables and chatting. We were completely ignored. We finally just left and went elsewhere.
This one in particular is on a downhill slide. Each time I visit there are fewer customers, however the wait for service seems longer. I was the only one sitting at the bar on a Sunday night, however couldn't even get either of the bartending staff to realize I had finished my beer at least 10 minutes ago and would like another, because they were too involved in their own personal dramas. Food was decent, and properly prepared, but I left feeling almost like I was invisible, or at the very least a waste of their time... Probably won't come back in the future, as there are so many other establishments in the area who'd love to have my business.

There were so many booths open we waited 20 mins to sit down just to get the salad bar. There’s no bread? Also after we sat down we waited forever for the server and the soups. I didn’t know they had to make the soup fresh?! Costumers next to us had terrible service as well. They got up and left the food they made wrong, after asking for the manager that never came.

I love this place. From the constant promotions to always serving my food how I like it, I have yet to experience a bad time at this place. The restaurant must have reorganized the entire chain because it is a great place to always have a meal.
