The restaurant caters well to families, with the chef described as "very engaging with the kids." The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions about the menu or the sake's or beers they serve. Sakura also serves Uni, a must try. While the atmosphere can be slightly rushed during busy periods, the food is generally well-received, with dishes seasoned well and beautifully presented. The gyoza was delicious and the chefs sent a special tuna plate to the table. Although considered a bit pricey, the restaurant seems to provide a satisfactory overall experience for most guests.
