“i’d give more stars if i could , they are so kind and sweet. especially liz ! in my opinion she needs a promotion,or better pay because she always goes above and beyond. her customer service is impeccable. they also have such a good variety of ice’s and custards. highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake cream ice, and the pistachio custard. (but seriously give liz a raise and some recognition😊)“

Location is great! Staff is friendly and their product is wonderful. Their variety of custard flavors blew me away. Our local location only ever has chocolate and vanilla. High recommended this Ritas!“

“I love Rita's.They have the best assortment of flavored ice. The gelatis are outstanding. And misto's that you can mix diff. ices together with the custard. Please bring back the icecream cakes. We had one & it was the best ever! Thank you very much. Oh yes, when will the be open til 10pm?“

“First off whoever hired to 2 gentlemen who served me today around 6:45, choose correctly. They were both professional, respectful, polite, and on TOP OF THEIR GAME!!! Haven't had Rita's in almost a decade since moving out west. These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond to make my experience rememberable. “I frequent this Rita’s often. Today 6/15/22 I received my order total and I realized it was much more than usual. I asked was there a price change recently. I was told there was a $1 charge for sprinkles!!! This new pricing is not posted on their current menu. Patrons should not be charged for this until it’s visibly posted on the menu.“

“LOVE THIS PLACE!! The owner is so so kind. Two friends and I were running late one night, and we called to see if they could stay open for an extra few minutes. The owner responded with great kindness and kept the store open. Fruity Yogurt is also one of the only places open late in Princeton. The owner even offered us free frozen yogurt. She said to pour as much as we wanted after we had paid. So kind!! Also very funny and personable. She also told us that all of their flavors are natural, and you can tell from the color and taste! I highly recommend!“
