Matthew was a fantastic server. He was extremely thorough and personable! Between him bringing napkins to the table without us asking to him bringing us extra rolls at the end of the meal, he gave us exceptional service. Dinner was also delicious!
Came here for dinner tonight with the family. Food was great! Steak was cooked to perfection, I also got to pick my steak out from the case in the front of the restaurant. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Service was on-point!
This Texas Roadhouse continues to be my go-to spot, and my most recent visit was a perfect example of why. When I arrived to pick up my order, I found out someone had taken it before I got there. Instead of giving me the runaround, Frank stepped in immediately and handled the situation with genuine professionalism. He took ownership of the issue, had my meal remade quickly, and made sure everything came out fresh and right.
