First time at Tgi Fridays. Went out as a family. Food was good, a little pricey. Atmosphere was great! But our server I believe her name was Elisa. She was amazing. Everything came out in a timely manner. We never had to ask her for anything, she was on point with everything. Her service was the best we've ever experienced. My family and I felt like family how she interacted with us. We definitely recommend coming back. Plus if anyone sees this post, PLEASE I MEAN PLEASE...request for Elisa.
My husband and I went to dinner and Elisa showered us with absolutely amazing service. She made our date night extremely delightful. I will definitely return and request her to be our server again!
I had Elisa as my waitress, she was very polite and very professional she made sure our first time out with toddlers a wonderful experience. She was very patient with us

My server Lexi was Awesomebut my food was Horrible !I ordered my fav which is the whiskey glazed chicken fingers entree with fries and garlic butter broccoliWell my chicken came out plain , ( had to send it back due to No sauce )my fries was OLD and my broccoli was cold with No butter or garlic but Lexi was Awesome she signed me up for the rewards so I received my app ( spinach artichoke dip 14.69 Free )And she was so apologetic for the old fries she brought me new ones and also explained how the rewards work moving forward she made this experience worth it cause it wasn’t the food . Just FYI I didn’t mention the food until After I tipped her and paid my bill so this wasn’t about receiving anything free I’m just being honest!
We attended a fundraising event for Jaidin's Journey at this location. The staff was friendly, food was good as usual, and this event was well attended. Music was great, DJ was doing his thing, hyping up the bartenders.5 ⭐ Night.

The staff here is the amazing, especially the General Manager Bridget. She came to check on my table multiple times and made sure we had a great experience in her restaurant. I could not express how great my families experience was. I have never been to a restaurant with that much attentive service, and the food was amazing and hot.
