Horrible service! I know at times it could get busy but you i think you can let customer know if his or her food is ready.I called to pick up and i went to the register to let the lady know that I was here for pick up. She told me the amount and I paid. I’m just really upset because she saw me with my baby that I set down to wait. She didn’t have the ability to let me know hey lady your food is right there.Is my first time here and honestly I didn’t know there was a place for pick up. Plus the shelf is facing the wrong way. It should be facing were the customer can see the item.

I have gone to this location since it opened. I recently starting getting it delivered to my work and I found a long dark hair in my wrap. I contacted the store right away and they told me the manager would call me the next day to discuss everything and my refund. I heard nothing. I stopped in twice to speak with the manager within the next week just to be told they manager isn’t there and they will call me the next day. The staff seemed to laugh it off. One even giggling to someone else saying “this is all you”. That was TWO WEEKS AGO. This is unacceptable.A long dark hair inside my veggie hummus wrap and management has made zero attempt to discuss this with me in two weeks.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Customer service needs to be better. Second time visiting the location, 1st time i was given a nasty attitude by 2 workers for coming in 30 minutes before the closing time. Second time i waited 35 minutes for a smoothie the store was practically empty, with 4 workers in the back. People who came in after us got their orders before us. They are more focused on getting out of the store and closing than serving their customers.

If only I can post 0 stars it is currently 8:30 just left the store and they turned off the light while I’m in the store and the worker has the audacity to stare at me like I’m not waiting to place an order…. Who conducts business that way if you don’t wish to work you should definitely stay home…
i went there recently and the smoothie was really good, but the service was terrible. the one girl who ruined my experience was very vocal about her ignorant opinions against multiple minorities. i want to enjoy my drink in peace without feeling uncomfortable and almost nervous for those minorities who go to this store as well. do better.

I came for a free smoothie from T-Mobile and it was so good. Small little place but service was excellent and my smoothie acai berry was delicious highly recommend this place at least try once

Every time I enter here, the workers look like I interrupted them. I have yet to experience a nice worker, they always are standing and on their phones in the back ignoring the customers. Food and smoothies are constantly inconsistent, which is to be expected with a bunch of high schoolers working. What specifically ruins any trip I make is the workers obviously annoyed at the customers existence. Specifically a young lady named Bry, I had a terrible experience with her my last visit. Overall, don't waste your time where you're not wanted.
