Good local chain smoothie place. They have definitely reduced the amount of fruit going into smoothies and have added more ice. They border on the too icy to drink mostly now. Still a great treat here and there, but not quite worth it as they used to be.

I always have a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe Hamilton. Alyssa consistently makes my flatbreads and smoothies fresh, delicious, and just right. Recently, my Island Green smoothie tasted strongly of ginger, and Alyssa quickly realized I had received the detox version made by another employee. I come here almost daily and I'm absolutely obsessed. This is the best spot to grab a healthy high protein meal. I usually get a shake and add pea protein to it. And I love the variety of extra supplements you can add. the staff are always fast and super friendly even during morning rush, highly recommend if you're looking for nutritious, tasty boost to your day!
