The owners are wonderful people. They're down to earth and provide top notch customer service. The shakes are nutritious and delicious. I especially recommend the Pina Colada and Banana Pudding, and I'm looking forward to trying more of the menu. Very clean and nice atmosphere. And very fair prices for the excellent quality. The world needs more places like Four K Nutrition!

I was in the mood for a healthy beverage, and this little café caught my eye as I was passing through Hammonton. I’m so glad I stopped! Javier was so friendly and accommodating. He helped me pick the best tea for me and it was delicious!
I will definitely be returning to try their other teas and smoothies! They have so many flavors to choose from!
