“Great lunch, great staff, clean and friendly atmosphere“

“I was initially disappointed because I just barely missed out on breakfast but I got the chicken Big Mac and it was delicious.

But the main reason why I’m writing this review is because I admire employee Jennifer’s commitment to excellent service. Before today I had never been asked by a McDonald’s employee if everything came out alright or if I needed anything.

I’m very impressed by both Jennifer and this location’s management - that it encourages customer service like this.

I hope to be returning soon. Even though I live forty minutes away in Bernardsville.“

“Been a fan of Riley and Jake’s for Years! This week I made reservations for a group of 15 ladies. Arrival times varied from 5.30-6:30 and departure times varied too. Our server, Anna took it all in stride. She was friendly and very efficient. Appreciated her cheerfulness and patience. Food was delicious and the cocktails, I’m told were refreshing. Both ended up being well done, not medium, but besides that, the meal was fantastic - the burger was great and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. It was a little pricey ($17 each pre-tax for just the burger+fries) but did not disappoint. Very friendly staff too. The price rules out frequent visits from me, but if I'm in the mood for a great burger, I know where to go.“

“I am giving this 4-stars for fast food. You can’t really compare fast food to “real food” (well I can’t, at least).

I started to use the app for discounts and special deals. It make it more affordable and is easy to use. Wait times are reduced because I order ahead.

This location is a little wonky since there is construction going on at Route 31, so be careful.

Overall, it is a good place for fast food.“

“I always stop here for a late night snack usually the same guy is working (young guy with glasses) he always gets my order perfect and he’s easy to understand tonight he asked me to park cause something wasn’t ready in the order it was about a 15/20 min wait he came out sincerely apologizing to me he even gave me a coupon for a free meal for later this experience made my night it shows there is still good people in this world“

“I rather use the drive thru it's quicker service there than if you go inside and order from the front counter. When I come I usually have two separate orders and each of us use points so to not confuse employees I go inside and he goes through the drive thru. But Everytime I've been in there I have literally waited on front counter for what seemed about to be 10mins before anyone acknowledged me and took my order. That pretty crappy if you ask me. And it's been multiple occasions. They aren't understaffed I always see a lot of workers running back and forth to drive thru or to bring food outside.“
