Shoutout to the young employee with glasses working the drive-thru around 8:30 this morning! I didn’t catch his name, but when my mobile order included a shake that wasn’t ready yet, he stepped in and offered to have me wait a few minutes instead of getting a refund. He brought it out shortly after and apologized for the wait. I really appreciated him taking the initiative to find a simple solution and make sure I left happy. We went through the drive through. Our attendants were very polite,respectful and efficient
Have not usually had poor service here, and usually the food is great, but yesterday the fries were limp and soggy and the service by the manager(?) was not great. Went for a soda refill and the manager specifically brought back a smaller cup loaded with ice.

Conveniently located off of 31, it offers quality food that can be enjoyed hot and fresh on the go. The night-time manager is appreciated for their friendly attitude, even when customers are a bit noisy after clubbing. The restaurant also serves delicious meals like the chicken Big Mac, and staff members like Jennifer go above and beyond to provide excellent service, asking customers if everything is okay and if they need anything. Though service can sometimes be a little slow, the food remains good, and the bathroom, while in need of cleaning, does not detract from the overall experience. Customers find this McDonald's a welcoming place to enjoy quality food quickly.
