“I was initially disappointed because I just barely missed out on breakfast but I got the chicken Big Mac and it was delicious.

But the main reason why I’m writing this review is because I admire employee Jennifer’s commitment to excellent service. Before today I had never been asked by a McDonald’s employee if everything came out alright or if I needed anything.

I’m very impressed by both Jennifer and this location’s management - that it encourages customer service like this.

I hope to be returning soon. Even though I live forty minutes away in Bernardsville.“

“Been a fan of Riley and Jake’s for Years! This week I made reservations for a group of 15 ladies. Arrival times varied from 5.30-6:30 and departure times varied too. Our server, Anna took it all in stride. She was friendly and very efficient. Appreciated her cheerfulness and patience. Food was delicious and the cocktails, I’m told were refreshing. “Im as Big a regular as it gets. GREAT staff. Jess, cammy, Tommy, keighley, Sophie, one after the next fantastic. Food is super underrated. One HUGE complaint. It’s always FREEZING at the bar. Many times I leave and im the guy who’s always hot. Many regulars say same. One today said she dresses like winter just to come. SAVE MONEY, set the temp at 70 degrees and stop making me leave. Ty“

Another thing that impressed us was the grounds surrounding the restaurant. Besides the manicured lawns and flower beds, this location had a beautiful assortment of arborvites, and evergreens. The were tall mature trees and obviously well tended.
After hours of driving on the interstate, it felt like we were sitting in a park while enjoying our meal.“

“Visited with my partner for lunch. We both ended up ordering the same thing, the Big Country burger, medium. Both ended up being well done, not medium, but besides that, the meal was fantastic - the burger was great and the fries were crispy and well-seasoned. It was a little pricey ($17 each pre-tax for just the burger+fries) but did not disappoint. Very friendly staff too. The price rules out frequent visits from me, but if I'm in the mood for a great burger, I know where to go.“
