Have not usually had poor service here, and usually the food is great, but yesterday the fries were limp and soggy and the service by the manager(?) was not great. Went for a soda refill and the manager specifically brought back a smaller cup loaded with ice.

I ordered some food from this restaurant, and I'm pleased to say that they got my order exactly right, which made me very happy. I was especially relieved and grateful because this place had staff members who spoke English fluently, making the entire experience much smoother and more enjoyable.
