“Shoutout to the young employee with glasses working the drive-thru around 8:30 this morning! I didn’t catch his name, but when my mobile order included a shake that wasn’t ready yet, he stepped in and offered to have me wait a few minutes instead of getting a refund. He brought it out shortly after and apologized for the wait. I really appreciated him taking the initiative to find a simple solution and make sure I left happy. Great customer service and definitely deserves some recognition!“

“Better than I imagined. This Subway is located inside the gas station Pilot Travel Center. It is small but has everything a large Subway would have. The staff was nice and my footling ham and cheese sandwich was made perfect. Everything tasted fresh and service was fast. The only downfall is the location of where the seating is as it’s small in a corner. Also because of the location I kept experiencing people walking by looking for the bathroom inside the Pilot Travel Center. Should have signs indicating bathroom location so patrons can eat peacefully. Overall I was happy with my order and will return.“

“I don’t frequent McDonald’s that often but I will say that this McDonald’s usually has very fresh food. I almost exclusively use the mobile app and do the curbside pick up. The staff is always very friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t have at least semi fresh fries if not fresh fresh. Would recommend.“

Two weeks ago I got home to find out they gave us chicken instead of beef cheese steaks
I called and they were so nice...said I could come back or get two free cheese steaks next time
I went yesterday, they remembered me and made good on the promise

“I always stop here for a late night snack usually the same guy is working (young guy with glasses) he always gets my order perfect and he’s easy to understand tonight he asked me to park cause something wasn’t ready in the order it was about a 15/20 min wait he came out sincerely apologizing to me he even gave me a coupon for a free meal for later this experience made my night it shows there is still good people in this world“

“I've eaten food from here a lot over the years. Used to get burrito supremes, chicken quesadillas and queseritos which were all pretty good. Recently I've switched to mostly vegetarian when eating out and their veg options are pretty solid. Love their black bean burrito and nacho cheese fries. Their power bowl is also really good. Drive thru has been convenient over the years.“

“I was just in jersey mikes again today and as someone with severe food allergies My husband and I are always blown away by the extra steps the staff and owner take!! The staff is always so kind, friendly and attentive! A few staff members in particular always remember my husband when I go in alone and mention the sandwiches/allergies he always mentions on my behalf when he just goes in without me. And they ALWAYS right away start cleaning surfaces and know exactly who he is/my allergies! It’s so so so hard for me to eat out due to allergies and they’re one of the few places that handle my allergies amazingly!! Absolutely an A+ team at this location!!“

“May 2024. Roast beef is back off the menu. I don't like the new metal roller that prevents the customer from seeing the meat. Who knows what's back there. Subway is on its way out.Finally have roast beef back on the menu. Not crowded, clean, and server very efficient.“

“I was wrong about Taco Bell Washington, nj. Originally I judged it without trying it and even wanting the store in the hood. I was wrong. We ate there today and the protions were just right, inexpensive and delicious. The crew got it right and I paid online. Stuffed and grateful they were opened on a Sunday.“

“I rather use the drive thru it's quicker service there than if you go inside and order from the front counter. When I come I usually have two separate orders and each of us use points so to not confuse employees I go inside and he goes through the drive thru. But Everytime I've been in there I have literally waited on front counter for what seemed about to be 10mins before anyone acknowledged me and took my order. That pretty crappy if you ask me. And it's been multiple occasions. They aren't understaffed I always see a lot of workers running back and forth to drive thru or to bring food outside.“
