“Nice staff. Housekeeping could use a new manager. I went a week with no shampoo or conditioner that is in the shower that they provide. Knowing this because I stay at HGI frequently for work, I did not bring my own.Stayed 2 weeks, and I asked to speak with the manager twice about the smell every day and night of MJ. I have asthma.No free breakfast ? you have to pay 15 dollars no free coffee“

“Reading other reviews, you'll see either 1 star or 5 star reviews on the pizza. I think the new owners are experiencing growing pains and training on new staff. Luckily, we hit it on a 5 star day.
I love pizza. We came in almost at close and there were a few slices of a variety of pizzas. We picked up a grandma, a mixed grilled vegetable, and a mixed sausage slice. All of them were so good. In particular, the mixed grilled veg one; grilled zucchini, peppers, potatoes and etc drizzled in olive oil. I don't think it even had cheese on it. I wish I had taken a picture because I sent my husband to grab me a slice a few days later and he found one with grilled peppers and olives, which was so-so at best. The crust was just the right thickness and just the right kind of oven crisp bottom with a touch of glutinous chewiness.
The staff were nice while closing up the registers and I could hear them training new staff on the procedures. Like any business, there will be growing pains so I understand if any of the previous reviews may critique the food quality and/or service.
But as I started, we had a 5 star experience. The restaurant has a nice family friendly ambiance and it's really large inside, with side rooms for private parties. I'm sure it would be great for large groups and families.
Plenty of free parking and easily wheelchair accessible. Family friendly and plenty of veg options.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid friendly menu options and kid friendly seating
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp from parking lot and spacious indoors.“

Not only did I thoroughly enjoy the delicious cheesesteak, but the exceptional service provided by your owner, John, truly made my experience memorable.From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by John, who immediately made me feel welcome. He not only took the time to answer my questions about the menu but also went above and beyond to accommodate my large order. To my surprise, John even offered me a complimentary serving of fries as a gesture of appreciation for my order.The cheesesteak itself was outstanding, perfectly cooked with tender meat and just the right amount of melted cheese. The flavors were well-balanced, and the bread was fresh and delicious.
