We have eaten there multiple times, and I have to say- this time it seemed like the staff was just off- we felt rushed- example- Waiter stopped by and said he would be right back to tell us the specials- one minute later the hostess came by and asked if we were ready to order- and seemed annoyed that we wanted to wait to hear the specials. This was our first time dining here and it won't be our last. The food is absolutely delicious! Initially, we were thrilled to see all of the gluten free choices. Not only were there so many to choose from but everything we had was flavorful and cooked to perfection. My husband said his chicken Murphy was the best he ever had because the chicken was so tender. We liked the atmosphere at Augie's, but it is very loud. Food was delicious, but the main dishes took very long to be served. I think they were rushing to get the meal out to us and one of my friends had the salmon (it was very under-cooked and had to go back). I would try Augie's again. The food was very good. The waitstaff was very apologetic and friendly. It's just very loud.
