“Good mochi donuts on the go! The flavors are best and the dough is soft and gooey! Love the ube flavor! Location: It is located inside Hmart grocery store. Once you enter go right side and you will find the food court. There is a few seatings inside, but due to covid it is better to take the donuts home. Service: I did not have any interaction with the employees. We just order and go. Food: All that we ordered was delicious, we had UBE, MATCHA, YUZU, NUTELLA, COOKIES and CREAM and BLACK SESAME. My favorites are UBE and BLACK SESAME, they have distinct flavors. The dough is soft and gooey, which is what I like for a mochi donut. Price rating: 7/10, it was not that bad for the price. The donut is good! Will definitely come back here if I visit again Hmart in this location! Get the Ube and Black Sesame!“

“This place is just amazing! There were 5 of us and we all ordered something different. Everything we got was delicious- we all tried each other's dishes. There's a little bit of everything to satisfy even the pickiest eater. I would just drive her (over a 2 hour drive for me) just to come eat here. I need this place closer to home, lol.“

TL;DR: Ok... so I can't believe that when I walked into this place, I was the only customer. I'm originally from RI, and customers literally form lines down the road for good donuts like these!!! To top that off, the customer service was excellent. The establishment is cute and clean. The coffee is great! The donuts are fresh and amazing, and taste every bit as good as they look, some were even tastier than we expected!! Do yourself a favor and stop in!!!“

The staff that work here are incredibly kind and warm to all customers. On top of all this, they are extremely hardworking! “Clean and great service. The cashier greeted me right away and the food was prepped promptly. Everyone was well stocked and the public areas were clean. “I came here for first time today and love this DD .The people are courteous and the atmosphere is peaceful . The food was good I had a cheese and ham croissant and a blueberry muffin heated with butter . I had a cold vanilla iced coffee and I tried the mango pineapple tea drink it was not too sweet and I drank the entire drink .They have good wifi and sat down there to eat and drink. It is right in strip mall and next to a Peruvian restaurant and other side is a smoke shop. They have alot of parking and they seem to go fast through any long lines so that was not a problem.“

“It was a great experience seeing my name at the Drive Thru area as I arrived for my mobile order. I definitely do not see that in the NYC area and that might be something to think about. The customer service is an added benefit as they were efficient and pleasant on the times we visited. So if you are in Cobb County and along the East-West Connector then stop by this location.“

“I have had numerous positive experiences at this store. The below is just one of many.I had a coupon for a free matcha latte with purchase. I went to this store and ordered a donut and a matcha latte with skim milk on the app. I saw the employee make a matcha latte. She put the latte to the side and made another latte. When I went to pick up my order, she handed me the second latte. I asked her what had happened. She said that she made the first latte with whole milk and then noticed that I had ordered skim milk so she remade the latte. (Note: I would have had no way of knowing that the first latte was incorrect. She remade it because SHE knew it was incorrect, not because I would have.) She then handed me the first latte and told me to enjoy that one as well. I was blown away by this amazing customer service. This is clearly an employee who takes great pride in her work, and this is also clearly a store that allows their employees to make independent decisions. This Dunkin is truly a cut above the rest with regard to customer service and quality of products.“

“They need to hire more help for the lunch shift. It was great a few months back but I think they cut hours and only one or 2 people now. A little difficult with the long wait when you only have a han an hour lunch break“
