I’m a big chicken guy and I’ve been to 35+ chicken spots all over north Jersey and NONE compares to what I had at this spot. Chicken and waffles on wheels is the real deal! I had the dry rub Lemon pepper tenders w a plain waffle and wow… freshly cooked. Great dude. 10/10 hands down“

“Our first time going to the Totowa location (met up with friends for lunch). Staff was very friendly and helpful - we decided to eat outside and they brought the food to us quickly. We had the tacos, regular bowl with carnitas and fajita bowl with steak and pina-mango drink. Food was very tasty and freshly made. Will come back to try El Pastor. I called at last minute to put in a catering order and they absolutely did all they can to make sure I had all I needed in the short amount of time I provided. Definitely made a mitigating happen. Fries cooked perfectly, lamb/beef gyros good portion, falafels were awful. Fries & gyro both lacked FLAVOR/seasoning, falafel must be a basic frozen brand and I tossed them after eating only one. The price point is worth stopping in to decide for yourself because we all understand food is different for each individual. What I’m used to is more flavor forward but this worked for a quick bite before headed to the airport for my flight home.“

My buddy and I went after midnight the day after a snowstorm. A few other food trucks showed as open on Google but were closed, and this was the only spot actually open; which we appreciated right away.

Unfortunately, the roads weren’t plowed well and my car got stuck in the snow. The chef noticed immediately and ran out of the truck to help us. He even brought out a shovel and started clearing snow himself. That level of kindness and willingness to help late at night meant a lot. You don’t see that often.

On top of that, the pierna chimi was absolutely delicious; packed with flavor and loaded with meat. It had been a while since we had one, and it definitely hit the spot. Well worth everything we went through to get there.
