the owner has a huge attitude, she argued with the lady in front of me for 25 minutes bc the tax amount was “wrong” , i get you need to make a living but it was pathetic.arguing over 2$ as a business owner you choose your arguments with loyal customers . nope not here . she’s rather argue with you for 20 mins and tell you to never return while everyone else is waiting to be served ..$ 14.99 with tax for chicken salad on a bagel and a soda .. no mac salad , no chips .. and i had to BEG for my pickle that comes with the meal (even though it’s right there in plain writing on the menu) yet the owner argued with me saying i have to request the pickle. no read your menu.. the prices are insane and the customer is always wrong. .. will never be back. don’t give this place a dime .. chicken salad was sub par . i’m sure the owner will counter act this comment but believe me, i am speaking the truth. i don’t come here to ruin people’s business i come here to tell the truth .

The regular bagels are very good. But dear lord that was the worst gluten free bagel I’ve ever had. Gluten free doesn’t have to be terrible. The taste & texture is so off. And cheese in them just made them mush.

Absolutely love this place. The bagels are delicious, it is clean, and the workers are so helpful and friendly. What i love most is the atmosphere, it is so zen and relaxing unlike any other bagel store ive been to. The woman at the front offered me a sample of her blend of tea and it was delicious so of course i bought some. 10/10 i will be back

Stopped at what used to be my favorite bagel place while visiting on vacation. Ordered a simple sandwich and brought it back to my hotel to enjoy and was completely wrong. Maybe the cooks should lay off the weed until after their shift. $8 sandwich and a waste of my time. Too bad the new owners don't run it like I remember.

I just moved from NYC. I try to support local businesses but I paid over 8 dollars for a bacon egg and cheese. You will never see me again. You should be ashamed of yourself. And don't apologize because that's all you do in the review comments.
Love the bagels one the best ive had in a long time.. staff was friendly an in talking with the owner i belive she was i love the fact they help the community by taking any left over bagels an an organization that helps feed community picks up to give away rather then waste them good job this place is doing.

I normally don’t write reviews but this was such a disappointing experience. We paid $15 for a pork roll egg & cheese and a turkey sausage egg & cheese. I wouldn’t have minded the price BUT 2 pieces of pork roll came on one sandwich and 1 piece of turkey sausage on the other, plus bagels didn’t seem fresh. The young man at the counter taking our order was very nice but the woman at the register was so rude. She rushes us and tried to take the receipt out of my husbands hand before he was even done signing it!

My boyfriend came in on mother's day and had the nicest associate help him. Our normal bagel place was closed so we decided to try this place out While I did not catch the associates name and they were out of the bagels we were going to order, they were so accommodating and pleasant. The bagels were absolutely delicious. We will be coming back. Thank you!!!
