Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a 5 piece chicken nuggets, and a sweet tea... all on the KFC app. Went through the drive thru and my order was already to go, which was nice. However, this KFC apparently doesn't have sweet tea, so I was offered something else. Which is strange, because their app said it was available. The chicken on the sandwich tasted like it was made the day before. It was quite tough and had a bit of an odd taste, so I barely ate half of it. Same for the nuggets. They also forgot to give me any dipping sauce for some reason. Woke up the next day with bad stomach pains and I was running back and forth to the bathroom. Pretty sure I had some level of food poisoning. Also, there was no one eating inside or waiting in the drive thru, which should've made me think twice abput ordering from there. The customer service was good, so I'll give them that. However, I don't think I'll ever be going back there again.

The staff was nice and polite, but the chicken I ordered didn't taste right. It was dry and extremely tough. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

Customer service is horrible, The dude that worked over there at KFC asked me for something and I asked kindly to repeat it again and after not hearing him clearly and asking him to repeat it, bro decides to just walk off as if I did something wrong🤦♂️, on top of that they forget my fries and my sauces which I’ve paid for, horrible experience going into KFC the first time
I ordered a 3 piece inside the store to go. I stood in the store for 20 mins and the people behind the counter making my order looked at the order screen at least 10 times while they were making my order and still got my order completely wrong. And on top of the order being completely wrong the food was horrible. It seemed like yesterday’s food. The inside of the store is dirty, the staff are horrible. No one ever eats in that restaurant. Someone should look at All of these bad reviews and go in there and clean house. I would fire everyone starting with the manager

This place got my order insanely wrong. Ordered at the drive-thru a spicy chicken sandwich and large fries, easy right? NOT FOR THEM APPARENTLY! They gave me 3 CHICKEN TENDERS AND 2 SMALL FRIES? You guys seriously need a hearing check and maybe an eye exam because how in the hell did ya get that wrong…. GOODBYE AND GOOD RIDDANCE ! (And guess what? i didn’t get a receipt, jackpot!)

My experience was very unbelievable I am a driver I'm on the road 24/7 I only stop by there to use the bathroom actually it was not like that I have to purchase something before I could use the bathroom it was so unbelievable they will not let people to use the bathroom I thought it's supposed to be a public bathroom I had no choice had to spend a few dollars just to buy something so I can able to use the bathroom
