I love KFC food but the quality the workers provide at this location is horrible. From the speaker to how they treat the food is just bad at this location. This squished biscuit they gave me is the perfect example of how much effort they put in at this location.

I never leave reviews but I had to because this KFC location is so bad. I came here on Sunday night November 23rd and they messed up our order and the skinny guy with curly hair was extremely rude. Every surface and table in there was sticky, gross and dirty, covered in old food and spilled soda. Some guy was in the back slamming boxes of frozen food onto the dirty ground. We threw our food away because we didn't want to risk food poisoning since they clearly are unclean putting food boxes on the floor.

Nasty workers with nasty attitudes and even nastier food. Never ever bring your kids here unless you wanna get them sick.

Do not go here. I don’t know what happened to this location but the staff are rude, they ALWAYS mess up the order, and the food is inedible. The staff claimed they didn’t know what the honey bbq strips are (which have been heavily advertised for their return to the KFC menu)… I’m not sure why corporate does not shut this location down or why the owner does not get involved especially after all the terrible reviews.

Am completely disappointed. I loath writing negative reviews, but after giving this location many chances, customers beware!

The food is usually tasty and of sound quality when properly prepared. Unfortunately, the quality is intermittent depending on those cooking it. Sometimes great food is served, yet other times it can be super greasy, salty, burnt, or stale. This location is not consistent with the quality.

Next, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, but there seems to be a lack of pride in the atmosphere. The bathrooms, floors, and tables are not consistently kept tidy. This speaks volumes about the clientele, also, but, as in any service, if the employees are lack luster in caring about the atmosphere, why would the customers then put in any effort, which seems to be happening at this location.

Finally, the service is awful. On numerous occasions, our order has been wrong or missing items. We will drive back to get the missing items like a sandwich or fries or the chicken, and at times we have even said forget about it after calling the store because the lost of the money just isn't worth dealing with the employees. However, I can no longer stay silent about my negative feelings after yesterday's occurrence. The employees were rude, apathetic, and unapologetic to myself and other customers. They spoke to several customers with a sense of undeserved entitlement. They were unable to complete orders correctly, but offered minimal to no solutions. I tried to speak to a manager, and then to corporate about the horrific service I was personally receiving, and hit numerous walls. No one seems to care if this location does well. I will not be going back to this location until the employees change, and have to wonder if Colonel Sanders is rolling in his grave because of them.

Was excited to see honey bbq wings and potato wedges were back. I got 18 wings and a large wedge. Well it was gross. Wings should be crispy with sauce in a paper box. Got mine in a Chinese tupperware and they were soggy. And they used spicey coated wings and through bbq sauce in them. And the wedges tasted like they were in a dehydrator. I keep giving this location chances but it constantly falls short. They need a manager that watches how their staff makes the food. This location is off my radar for good.

Manager was rude. We were patiently waiting for someone to take our order. We didn't see the sign that said to use the kiosk. So when he came around the corner he told to use the kiosk. We stated we don't use it. Then he says if you can use a cell phone and tablet you can the kiosk. So we said that we didn't say we didn't know how to use it. We said that we don't use it. Then he proceeded to tell us we had to wait and walked around the corner then comes back and takes or order.

RTE 36 Hazlet NJ , the worst food ever, first they ran out of potato wedges, second ordered 3 strip meal, they were burnt over cooked, very tough, the biscuit was even horrible ,KFC went down hill, will never eat there again, wasted money , they are not as good as they use to be, would not recommend at all
