Not sure that I'll be back there. I seen a rather lovely staff member walk by me carrying about 6 baguette breads in her bare hands. No gloves.

I'm work from various Paneras across Jersey and I've never seen anyone handle food with no gloves.

Everyone was so polite and sweet! Thank you for everyone and how hard you work! Bernadette (i hope i spelled that right) was absolutely amazing and took great care of me and my wife! She was so sweet and kind, even though i haven't had the best day, her kindness went a long way. She was attentive since the moment we walked in and i cant thank her enough! Thank you to all the staff as well! You guys are doing great!

I find Panera's food to be good. They need to change their drive thru service. When you order on the app and select pickup via drive thru, there should be two separate lines. One for app orders and drinks. Any other items that need preparation, need a separate line. I was on a line with at least 7 cars and waited at least half hour or more, to get my app order that has been ready for 30 minutes or more.
