Been here a few times and for some reason they always forget to give me a straw at the drive thru, especially for a cold drink that pretty much needs a straw.
I like this location and the staff are nice. It's a good place to work on my laptop for a few hours.
Lately however, there has been an increase in customers having loud amplified zoom calls here. I don't mind people chatting in person but hearing it over a laptop is pretty intolerable so I'm staying away for now.
A zoom call headphones policy would be great.

Starbucks offers excellent peppermint mochas, despite occasional delays in the drive-thru. The staff provides generally good customer service, with some staff members being particularly friendly and attentive. Customers enjoy a welcoming atmosphere with great music, though the atmosphere can be loud at times, making it difficult to sit and do work. The location is convenient, especially before getting on the parkway, and drinks are consistently made with the requested modifications, ensuring quality. Damien, a dedicated team member, is known for running the drive-thru efficiently and kindly, often brightening the mornings of regular customers and their children. The store is appreciated for its positive service, despite some issues with staff interactions.
