Feel like it's a hyped, or may be the taste is not for me. No negative review, but the ice cream is not not so distinct or special. It's very much normal and usual taste like what other provide.

Good taste, without a doubt. But very overpriced, and if you are hoping for a friendly staff, you'll be disappointed. For the same or a lower price, and if you have time, going to Haggen-Dazs would be the better choice.

Horrible! I can’t here the other day and my ice cream had 3 strands of hair in it . I’m so happy I noticed it! When I went back to the Chinese guy he told me ‘what do you want me to do?’ ….Yup . Just horrible customer service . No apology . They will never get my money again .

Great place, with a great variety! My dad is allergic to dairy, and they had a few options for him. I loved that the staff was so accommodating and still tasted amazing. cash only so make sure to bring cash! Had places to sit and Parking

They may have good ice cream but the service has been bad/rude. This year, since the egg shortage, their ice cream started to taste artificial. Getting in and out of this place by either foot or car could easily get people/car hit - they are right on 27, and they try 0 to organize their line or parking lot. Today, we noticed that they added bars for people to line up, but when it was our turn to buy ice cream, they would not take us, regardless of us standing in line for 5 mins, with only 1 family in front of us, taking forever to put in their order. After we waited, they then took the family behind us (the lady and her son did not even know what they wanted), and completely ignored us for whatever reason. My husband tried to ring the bell, but the lady looked at him and ignored him intentionally. This will be our last time visiting this shop. Good luck for their future, for how they treat their neighbors.

Been there couple of times already. Love the small-town cash-only hole-in-the-wall vibe. Cash-only could be inconvenience for some, but once you know the game, you’ll be ready with cash next time! Love both soft serve and hard ice creams. Friendly staff too.
