This was such a blast for my birthday party. We reserved a room in advance, the staff was super friendly and helpful when we had issues with the karaoke software and it was a great experience. Definitely excited to go back.
It's a karaoke building with a very interesting entrance and parking lot. They have multiple rooms and the rooms look nice. The karaoke system is fairly easy to navigate and the mics work well. The rooms may smell like smoke but they appeared clean. Also the room has a bathroom at least the one I was in. It is BYOB and it is 100 dollars an hour so I would go with a big group. They do provide bottle water.

I booked the VIP room for my daughter’s 16th Birthday. I was able to get this room within 2 wks notice. This is the largest room. It has its own bathroom, fits approx 17 people. Very clean. Great sound system, no issue finding music. We used pop, rap, R&B, & country music. Fees are based on an hourly rate, plus a mandatory 20% gratuity amount (which is posted at the front desk), even if you don't need the staff for anything.
