Love Akihi, the Highlands locations sure knows how to bring the great vibes and sweets, and we got to mix vanilla and chocolate in our dessert, definitely going to be back for more!
I had an incredible first time experience at this place. The two young boys were incredibly polite and helpful, even recommending a great drink. They were also very fast and efficient, making it a perfect first time experience. I’m already planning to bring my daughter next time!
I visited this location and honestly felt bad for the staff. It was extremely busy and clearly understaffed there was only one employee handling everything on their own. Despite that, they were doing their best to keep up and stayed polite and professional the whole time.
Management seriously needs to step up and provide better staffing, especially during peak hours. Customers can see how overwhelmed things get, and it’s not fair to the employees.
