“Came in for lunch and our server Paola was the sweetest. She made me the most delicious Coconut Mojito. Food was delicious, fresh and perfectly seasoned.

“First time visiting for me and my wife, as we walked in we didn’t know where to sit so we went upstairs. However, the server led us to a dimly lit corner despite plenty of tables available so we chose to sit downstairs instead, even though seating there was a bit tight and not very comfortable.

Our server downstairs was attentive and friendly, which we appreciated. That said, the overall atmosphere felt more geared toward guests with reservations for special party celebrations rather than people just for dining in, so we got the impression that we should wrap up and leave once we finished our meal.

“I think the azúcar buffet is great. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The food is amazing I love the service and the people who work here. Angelina and the other staff members are great. I love how they are always greeting me and everyone else saying good morning and good evening and make my day. I think the drinks are great. The buffet is really clean and neat. It’s one of my favorite buffets to go to. I would definitely recommend to go with family members it’s child friendly and there is no problems at all. The service was 10/10 our waiter Brian Santos deserves his flowers, amazing service, attention, knowledge of the plates and drinks. Top recommendations. We got the sancocho con Churrasco. Ajiaco con ahogado. Margaritas. Micheladas, tostones. All the dishes were delicious and the portions were MASSIVE, you could easily split a plate with soup and salad between 2 people. It doesn't have as much coloring as other foods in the area, it has just the right flavor. I recommend the Barbecue pork ribs, they are phenomenal. “I go to this restaurant at least 2 times per month. Everything on the menu is great. Prices are cheaper than the other restaurants near by. Food is colombian but the owners are mexican but don't be fooled thinking that taste is not the same because it IS THE SAME TASTE OF COLOMBIAN FOOD. They do have customers parking in rear. Don't park across the street in the banks parking lot you will get towed as it happened to a friend of mine“

“Really delicious colombiam food in linden NJ . I guess the only one in town besides the others all around Elizabeth NJ. . This a small but confort spot for really good Colombian food. You can't go wrong with the dishes here. Especially with the bandeja paisa and pechuga asada.. and the fresh shakes of fruits . Really recommend it“

“I stopped at this restaurant on Sunday night around 7pm for a last minute dinner since my first choice across the street wasn't offering Haitian food on Sunday. The mature aged woman who stood behind the counter patiently took her time explaining and showing me the available options. And I finally agreed on the fried pork with white rice and bean sauce. She also convinced me to try one of each of their empanadas (chicken, beef and cheese). The pork was delicious as well as the rice and beans. Thank you for the great customer service and quality food.👏🏾“

Most people dont do spicy, but the Mexican community and Indian community love spicy salsa or sauce, it would make everything perfect. There is a decent market of Mexicans and Indians in the area! “Lived in Kearny for quite some time but only went here a few times and honestly I wasn’t crazy about the food. Not that it was bad but I always always always ordered the empanadas & for some reason, the inside was always cold. I ordered other food & it was good. But it’s a great atmosphere & never seen problems or fights, cosas asi but the only complaint I definitely will say is the music. I absolutely love when bars have the music videos up or videos of live shows, but stop playing boleros at a bar. People are drinking. Wanting to have fun. Playing boleros makes people wanna kill themselves lolol. It’s super depressing. Even though the songs are great but not for a bar. Consider doing a digital jukebox where the customers pick strictly, la musica latina and you’ll most likely definitely get a bigger clientele. I know I would waste my money on it lol.
