Food was great, atmosphere superb and great watching the chefs at work.\n\nAnd while the ambience was great, surely the lighting could have been slightly improved - most tables shining torch lights on the menu is a bit bizarre.
We have been to Antique a number of times in the past. The food is really good, cooked in a brick oven at high temperatures, the service is good, but it is not dark, not well lite, loud, even in the old garage area, and the menu has not changed in years. It is good but kind of stuck in time. Would I go back? Probably not. There are many options in Hoboken that are better. I am sad but …
Best restaurant in Hoboken. I get something new every time and am never disappointed. The bread pudding is a must and their stuffed breads are great for takeaway. They also have a great whisky cocktail.
