Ok so my fiancé was in Hoboken and decided to stop at Carlo’s Bakery for some sweets .it a very nice place and the servers were friendly.But this place is triple the price of everyone else for a 29 square radius and it’s really not that good .I actually felt disrespected by how expensive everything was and the quality was just below average.the cream puffs were 10 bucks for 4 and they were just bigger than a quarter .the cannolis were 5.75 each (overpriced +a dollor ) and the cream tasted life the fridge ..it was the smallest lobster tail I have ever seen and that put the minimum of cream ..I normally do not complain but it was ridiculously over priced and below average. Never again.Picture for reference..

The cake was soggy and had soooo much flour the cake was sooooo dense and not in a good way as we cut more slices in the box was a roach the size of a quarter. The cleanliness of this place has gone downhill. Old German Bakery is where to go now when you want good bakery goods in a clean

It was a dream for me to visit the bakery and try several of their cakes. Try the cheesecake, spectacular! The muffins and the chocolate cannoli, my favorites, delicious! I can't wait to go back and try the Sfogliatella Riccia. ?

Carlo, for a guy with a family, you know how important it is to save money. $50 for a few cannolis and a pastry is not reasonable. That said, was happy to see the shop. Easy to get here on the PATH subway from NY.
We tried peanut butter canioli, tiramisu and Tre leche cake. So far it's ok for my taste.

We visited the establishment for the TV program. Everything looks very good, but save yourself the trip if you have any food allergies or intolerances. We tried the croissant which was very good and the brownie.The shop window is very beautiful and you want to eat everything, but I wouldn't go back there on purpose.There are only a couple of tables to sit at.Dietary restrictions: Do not go there if you have any dietary restrictions

On Tuesday, March 12th, I bought Lobster tails and Tiramisu. Slice cakes but all of them were not fresh.It looks like were made on the weekend.Ugly time to enjoy a dessert with the family.
