Carlo's Bakery is one of those places that's just as much a tourist attraction as it is a bakery. Walking into the original Cake Boss location is a fun experience, especially if you've watched the show, and it's easy to see why so many people stop by. The shop has a lively atmosphere with displays full of cakes, pastries, cookies, and other desserts, though it can get busy depending on the time of day.

The staff is incredibly friendly and very eager to help. The bakery it's self appearance inside and out is very nice. How ever the baked goods them selfs are not very good. I got a brownie was hard as a rock. Cannolis aren't fresh. It's a nice place for a quick stop but if looking for something more fresh there's probably other options

So happy to finally have visited Carlos bakery after watching the show as a kid. I was 13 when the show came out, I’m 30 now and finally got to visit. I got the cannoli and it was so delicious! Service was a bit lackluster, the staff didn’t look like they felt like helping, but otherwise, it was a great place to stop for a sweet treat.
