New staff in the front are so RUDE! Patrons have to greet them and say good morning, thank you etc. they stare at you in silence and walk back and forth while you wait to be taken care of without a word. So strange!!!!!!
This Dunkin has been here forever. They have a loyal clientele it seems like and a lot of repeat customers. I sometimes forget it is here because there are so many coffee shops in town. Does anyone go to Dunkin Donuts for the donuts anymore?! Not sure but I do. The donuts aren't the best but they do the job. I like the boston creme and the regular chocolate glazed. This is my go-to Dunkin. The morning staff are very helpful and friendly and always take care of me. The afternoon staff (the twins) are amazing!. They are super helpful and friendly.
