It's bad enough it's small in there.The energy Is just off. The lady is not welcoming at all. No one greets when you come in. I said thank you to the lady behind the counter. She didn't respond. The guy behind me was ignored after she finished withe meand went back to what she was going. He even said have a good day. ( no response) The food was terrible. This location is hidden and I stop in occasionally when it's convenient. I almost always order on the mobile Dunkin app and rarely have an issue with my order or quality. No complaints from me... I usually get an iced caramel coffee with skim less ice. Yum.
