I had such a great experience at sweet green, all thanks to Mr. Jaliyl From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and super attentive. He made sure my order was exactly how I wanted. His positive attitude and great customer service really stood out , it’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. You can tell he takes pride in his work! I’ll definitely be coming back because of him & of course the salad. Thank...
Came in this snowy day for guacamole greens. They were superb customer service as I didn’t know this location was kiosk only. They were super patient with me because I didn’t know what I was doing lol and didn’t make me feel silly. Deff will return when I’m in the area. 10 out of 10!
Oh yea food was amazing too for me customer service matter before even tasting because I’m big on energy.

I come here every week, the bowls are ready within minutes and super fresh. I think their use of automation helps with that, and it’s also very consistent on portions so I never get upset about getting less of something. It just takes a while to understand what kinds of bowls have “more” vs “less” food
