Sweetgreen is a restaurant offering healthy salads, wraps, and bowls. The customer service is consistently described as stellar, with staff being welcoming, patient, super attentive, friendly, and fast. One guest had a great experience thanks to a staff member who was welcoming and made sure the order was exactly as wanted. Another visit on a snowy day for guacamole greens featured superb customer service, as staff were super patient with a customer unfamiliar with the kiosk-only location. The food is also praised: the bowls are ready within minutes, super fresh, and consistent on portions. One regular customer comes every week for the fresh bowls. However, a customer who tried the miso salmon bowl found the rice was not fresh, being very dry and clumped together, and will avoid the rice bowls moving forward. A very cool experience was had at one of the first of its kind sweet greens in New York City, featuring the infinite kitchen which makes salads in record speed time with perfect portions. Staff member Melissa showed great hospitality and offered brand new fresh drinks made in house.
