The staff has always been very nice and accommodating to us, the atmosphere is nice enough, and the food and drink is pretty good albeit a bit pricey at times. I do recommend coming for the monday deals if you want to try it out.
The beer lines are filthy here, I was pretty disappointed in the drinks. My partner and I tried 5 differnet beers, and every single one of them was funky/sour in a bad way.
We go to lots of beer halls and this was the foulest beer I've ever had. We ordered light pilsners and lagers, and every single one was cloudy, funky, sour and off. I don't know how a beer hall gets beer wrong, but it was VERY wrong. Wouldn't recommend.

Good beer and good food. Several German beer selections. Also beer available by the liter, so yaay. Service seems frenetic but it works out really well. If you like extremely loud music that forces you to yell to talk to your dining companions, well you're in luck. Personally I don't understand the appeal.
In a sort-of weird part of town, but we walked from around 6th a few times and it makes for a great destination. Big inside.
