The staff has always been very nice and accommodating to us, the atmosphere is nice enough, and the food and drink is pretty good albeit a bit pricey at times. I do recommend coming for the monday deals if you want to try it out.
The beer lines are filthy here, I was pretty disappointed in the drinks. My partner and I tried 5 differnet beers, and every single one of them was funky/sour in a bad way.
We go to lots of beer halls and this was the foulest beer I've ever had. We ordered light pilsners and lagers, and every single one was cloudy, funky, sour and off. I don't know how a beer hall gets beer wrong, but it was VERY wrong. Wouldn't recommend.

It's always a great time here. Get the larger beer mugs - they make the experience better.

The Hoboken Biergarten offers a blend of beer garden and restaurant vibes with a dog-friendly outdoor patio. Food highlights include a really good brat on French bread, a huge Bavarian pretzel that is tasty and tender, and Mac and cheese bites. Seasonal items and elevated bar food appear, though some specials, like a pumpkin Mac, can be a disappointment. The warm Bavarian pretzel with cheese and mustard dips is phenomenal.
Service is generally prompt and friendly, though it can be inconsistent during busy periods. The place is often packed, which may affect service. Prices are considered high by some. While some feel it has lost a bit of its authentic Biergarten charm, becoming more like a sports bar, it remains a cool place to go with a group of friends for beers and pub food. It is also noted as a great spot for events like Oktoberfest and xmas parties.
