“There must be something in the water here, because this spot has some of the best bartenders I’ve encountered! My friend and I were visiting from Vermont and stayed at the W Hotel. We stopped by The Living Room one evening before we headed out to Brooklyn for some exploration. Jose and Peter were such amazing bartenders, it was difficult for us to leave! Incredible drinks, great atmosphere and conversation. The drinks were easily some of the best drinks we have had. Jose and Peter are both magicians when it comes to mixology. Definitely a highlight of our trip and we cannot wait to visit again. THANK YOU JOSE AND PETER!!“

“I stopped in for a beer and greatly enjoyed myself. They did have a couple of local selections. The feel of the place was fun and inviting, and the bartender was friendly helpful and enjoyable to chat with - would definitely stop back again when in the area.“

I cannot recommend them enough! Service was impeccable from start to finish and pricing was competitive with downtown Hoboken.

The event coordinator, Avery was prompt and incredible helpful in getting all of the details right. Mike was attentive and delivered on every ask on the night of. Jessie was a gem behind the bar and was wonderful in the planning phases to help me nail down the drink package! Ryan showed incredible range with his DJing and kept the dancefloor lively all night.

Cocktail menu is fantastic as well!

“Great bar! Dropped by around 345pm Sunday feeling like I walked across the desert (JC to Hoboken). Lively but you don’t need to shout 😮 they had so many selections - it felt like I was back in my 20s in lower Manhattan. Shout out for the Peach Mango and the Blueberry Cobbler! I would have gone for a third but technically this was hydrating on my healthy weekend walk…

Service is lovely - cozy sports bar. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and so were the other patrons.

The fans were strong *** cooled down within minutes after my hour long walk.

10/10 recommend but have a number in mind or you can easily get drunk trying out all their flavors!“

“Had a lot of fun at trivia on Wednesday at 7.30. The questions were great for trivia die hards and newbies alike. Stayed for a game of shuffleboard after.

I will say the sound system wasn't the best so sometimes it was hard to hear the questions being read.“

“Good beer and good food. Several German beer selections. Also beer available by the liter, so yaay. Service seems frenetic but it works out really well. If you like extremely loud music that forces you to yell to talk to your dining companions, well you're in luck. Personally I don't understand the appeal.

In a sort-of weird part of town, but we walked from around 6th a few times and it makes for a great destination. Big inside.“

“Had a great time stopping by on a weekend afternoon to watch a World Cup game.

Things I didn't do: Order shots or mixed drinks, pay cover for a special event, come for DJ/music, or be there on a busy night.

Beers were reasonably priced (not a great selection, but fine for a sports bar), and the steak & rice bowl I had was excellent.

Screens were aplenty and usable. Service was spotty but reasonable - I had to hunt down a server a few times but didn't have a problem with that.

“This is such a lovely place with a warm, friendly ambience. I brought my son here on Christmas Eve, and we had a lovely time. The chocolate martinis are amazing and the wine list is very good. We started with perfectly chilled and delicious oysters and then enjoyed aranciata with crab and a lovely lobster pasta dish. The vibe is inviting for families with young children as well and there is also a nice bar for adults only. This is a great place that I will return to soon !“
