“Very intimate vibes. I took my partner for his birthday. We ordered a bottle of wine, the wild boar ragu and cacio e Pepe. My partner didn’t enjoy his cacio e pepe as much. I loved the wild boar ragu, the flavor was on point. Arancini were pretty good too. Overall we had a good time.“

“Our server, Antonio, was fantastic. I can't say enough about his service skills and humor. If we ever get back to the NYC area, we'll be back to Metropolis. We were a party of 12, it felt like it was just my wife and I, that's how personable Antonio was/is.“

A decent bar near a college.
The vibes have been frat bro and adults who still think they’re in frats each time I’ve been.
That being said, staffs always been nice and it does have a good social atmosphere where you can meet people / make new friends if you want.
Would recommend giving it a try and seeing if it’s for you.“

“10/10 pizza and even better customer service! i ordered for pick up but i realized my car battery died and i was scared i wouldn't make it in time before close so i called to cancel and they offered to deliver the pizza to me in my stranded car while I waited for triple A without extra delivery cost. truly made my night better to be able to still enjoy amazing pizza after my car gave out on me!“

“Had a lovely brunch here with friends. We ordered the cauliflower and bao buns to share which was really good! I ended up dipping my fries into the sauce. I liked the cauliflower better than the bao bun.
For our entree, we split the cheesesteak, lemon ricotta pancakes and the steak. My favorite was the cheesesteak. Overall the food was good and the staff were all attentive. Our server recommended and made a good mocktail for my friend which she really enjoyed. Martha’s is a great brunch spot in Hoboken.“
