“Food is top notch.About 2 weeks ago we had brunch at Martha’s and the service and food were fantastic. So tonight I ordered takeout.You can tell all the ingredients are top notch and everything fresh. The crab pasta has fresh crab, homemade pasta, and such a nice light cherry tomato sauce. I am so picky about pastas- I usually don’t order pasta out, let alone crab pasta. I catch fresh crabs all summer long- and I’m telling you- this crab is quality. Salad and dressing were great. I didn't order the cauliflower tonight, but it was fantastic at the restaurant.Now I have my new go to restaurant!“
“Hoboken has a ton of really great places to eat, and Amanda's is, without a doubt, at the top of the list. We enjoyed a delicious brunch with our son while visiting him on campus. The restaurant staff is terrific; they really made us feel welcome and never tried to rush out the door. We had several orders of empanadas while we waited for our entrees; the beef was outstanding. We enjoyed the decor, it has that old NY/NJ feel, which added a really cool vibe to the restaurant and provided plenty of talking points while we ate. We are already planning on going back for dinner very soon.“
“It's a small cozy place and we were seated in what would be sunroom or outdoor space upon arrival. It was heated for winter. Felt a tad bit hot at times when the heat bursted but I think server reduced it. For drinks we ordered lychee martini but it tasted more like lemon than lychee. For appetizer ordered spinach and artichoke dip which pita chips. It was decent in tasting but it was missing the cheese pull for me. For entree, tried the mushroom flatbread and chicken sandwich for which both were good and flavorful. I wish the appetizer came out before entires as everything came out at once. To wrap up the night we got the salted caramel espresso martini which was delicious! The service was great and we were check on frequently.“
“I went on a trip to try a bunch of pizza places Dave portnoy reviewed. On this trip I tried 10th Street, bread and salt and the pizza shop. They were all very good but the pizza shop standed out the most. Texture , cook and taste was perfect. When I tell people the best pizza I've ever had it's pizza shop hands down. I crave it and will have to fly back to have it again sometime! Worth the trip!“
“This place is like a cozy pub, not too crowded on weekdays. They have cocktails, but they're just okay. What's really good though, are the foods!We tried their salad, buffalo chicken wings, burrata with prosciutto, and truffle fries. The wings and fries were the best, super tasty!The staff there are really friendly and nice. Plus, it's super close to the Path train and just a quick walk to the boardwalk. Great for hanging out and munching on good food!“

“Just found this restaurant a month ago and have ordered once to twice a week. First two weeks- everything perfect, proteins delicious, sides terrific and healthy, crispy broccoli, exactly what I was looking for. The last two weeks- veggie sides dripping in oil, not healthy at all, broccoli cooked mushy, and today they got my order completely wrong, though the receipt stapled to the bag was correct. I thought I found this super healthy spot for nights that I am too busy or do t feel like cooking. After the last 2 weeks, not so sure.“

“Me and my wife stop by here on my birthday, we ordered a bunch of small plates. We both started with a crab cake each for appetizers. she order sticky ribs with French fries. I had the fry chicken sandwich with sweet potatoes fries and buffalo wings (dry rub). We enjoyed the food and both had some to take home. I enjoyed everything but my wife didn't really enjoy the crab cake as she was expecting to taste the same as del frisco eagle eye steak house. She did enjoy her main dish. Atmosphere was good and our waiter was cool, she even look out and gave us me complimentary slice of cake for my birthday and was really good. I live in the Bronx, NY and I will definitely go back!!!!“

“The steak burrito was the perfect mix of spicy, not too much rice, not too much cheese, and flavorful steak. The spicy noodle bowl is just that. On another level of spice! A tad much. The Thai curry wings were pretty flavorful but a little oily. Def want to try a few more things on the menu but now I know that when it says spicy, they mean business.“
