“Loved every dish- fluke with black tea, mint and peach(who knew raw fish and fruit went so well together?), amazing grilled artichokes and grilled eggplant. Barely touched my pasta with preserved lemon because I was full, but it was delicious. My daughter’s burger was iconic. The Platonic ideal of hamburgers. Coffee was also delicious. If we had not made a plan to go to La Cabral for dessert and more coffee, I am sure dessert would have been equally excellent.Service was excellent and our waitress was knowledgeable and interested in the food.The fluke reminded me of the first time I went to USC in 1988. I had a plate with raw marinated tuna, raw salmon and raw scallops. The little heaps of fish were so pretty on the plate with their contrasting colors.“

“Nudibranch was outstanding—easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. We started with the mushrooms, chicken sandwich, and cavatelli, then had the Denver steak and monkfish as our mains, with scallion pancakes on the side for three people. Every dish was creative, flavorful, and exceptionally well executed.

The chefs are Momofuku alumni, and you can feel that influence in the bold flavors and inventive combinations. Man, I miss Momofuku—but Nudibranch definitely scratched that itch while still feeling entirely like its own thing.

“Great Spot in NYC!! I recommend getting there 10 minutes early and to always have a reservation. The staff were super friendly. The kitchen had already been informed about my allergies. Their Black Label Burger is super juicy. We also ordered the Smoked Duck Breast which also very good. Finally we ordered their Apple Tart which was huge. 10/10“

“After a cold and windy morning, not being able to get into one of the morning shows, we ran across this little restaurant by accident for brunch. They quickly welcomed us in with open arms and fresh hot coffee. It was one of the best brunches I've ever had, but what made it even more special was Joey the owner overheard our story, knowing we had a rough morning, and gifting us one of his comfort food cookbooks! The day couldn't have been any better. I can't wait to try one of his delicious Italian recipes this holiday season. I highly recommend the Little Owl. I certainly will be going back in the future!“

“The food I ordered was so good and well made, great size portion too. Helena was our server and constantly made sure our bottomless drinks were filled to our satisfaction, proactively took away plates and felt no worry in asking us if certain plate could be taken instead of assuming that some left meant we still wanted it, etc. I loved the social aspect of the service, it made it feel like a place I can go and be remembered / taken care of. “This is what we call “fine dining.” We did not reserve the main dining room, as one of our party did not care for prix fixe. We opted for the lounge as you can have from the menu or prix fixe. When you first arrive, you are greeted by a pleasant hat/coat check lady. We arrived early and said we would wait for the other couple and were invited to wait in the intimate cocktail area. The cocktails were superb and served with a house-made cocktail snack. When the guests of the party arrived, we were escorted to the lounge area. An intimate area with about six to eight tables. After being seated and greeted by the head server (maître d' or captain), who explained our options, we all opted for the menu. After looking at all the choices, we decided to split two appetizers. Even though the number of items on each choice was uneven, the server said, “Let me take care of it". And then beautifully presented plates arrived with equal portions. And it only got better from there. The entrées were each explained in detail, including their origins and how they were prepared. I could go on and on. The fish, beef, duck breast, and pork were everything we expected and more. We all commented, maybe the best we have had. The house made desserts were perfect. I had possibly the best cheese plate I have ever had. The entire staff of servers were professionals and enhanced the evening. The most disappointing part of the evening was when a guest entering the dining room (after removing his overcoat) came in dressed in Dockers and a short-sleeve polo. This is an insult to the owner, the chef, and the entire staff at this fine restaurant. But maybe he was an elite or a “special” person. We all said we would be back.“

“This was a fantastic experience! From the moment we stepped inside, the staff was courteous, engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. We had a party of 3, and ordered 6 dishes. Each dish came out as it was made and each dish was absolutely delicious. A person in our party had a gluten allergy which was no problem and accommodated with ease. We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste! Everything was absolutely delicious. Our reservation was 5:30 on a Sunday night and we were able to do the happy hour. Literally picked everything from the bites section. The Momo’s were delicious and freshly made. Drinks were delicious. We ordered the jolly duck leg with fried rice and they were AMAZING! Highly recommended and will def come back!“

“Had a wonderful brunch today at Hudson Clearwater. The smoothie was outstanding. This is a quaint rustic spot and deserves all the love for their vegan friendly menu. I chose the blackened fish sandwich and it did not disappoint. The Cole slaw on the brioche bun, lightly covered with tarter sauce, made for a perfect sandwich. Their fries were delectable as well. Great service, and a great meal with my sweetheart.“

We did have one miss: the ribs were too fatty for our taste. But here's where Lingo service stepped in. Without any fuss, they took the dish off the bill and were so gracious about it. That kind of hospitality is rare and says a lot about how they run their restaurant.

“Service was excellent. Your staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Everything we ordered was delicious. The chicken pate, bread and butter and the trout tartare were all very good. We did order three of the same mains, which was the steak. It was cooked exactly as expected, but the only minor issue was the delay in delivery. Not the fault of the staff, but I assume the kitchen was overwhelmed with orders and the restaurant was very busy around 8:30-9 pm on a Friday. I get it, but the wait between the app and the main was lengthy, over 30 mins.
Drinks were great and the wine I tasted was very good as well. Back tj the staff, our waitress was a 10. Friendly and kind, and even made some great suggestions regarding one of the apps I was going to order and offered several women for me to taste. The chocolate cake was also very good. Overall, other than the delay, all was wonderful. Even our table was better than expected. I originally made a reservation on Resy for 2, at 8:15. Then I called back and asked to move it to three people. You guys made the accommodation, but told me that it would in the front near the host. I said no problem. Once we arrived, we had to wait a few mins for our table, but you guys seated us in the back…at a great table.
I did see that you gave the front table to Will from Taste, so I totally understood why I waited a few mins…but overall, our table was better than expected!!!

“How is it possible that I didn’t review 4747lic here before?!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every time I go there for weekend brunch, I have to return for dinner! I just can’t get enough of the place. Their Dutch baby “Primadonna” pancake and lobster roll are to die for. Much of what is on the menu it’s imported from Italy of the finest ingredients. It’s always fun to take the ferry across from Manhattan to the Pepsi Cola Sign and walk a couple of blocks. They can accommodate large groups, children, pets, wheelchairs, (you name it) at their outdoor seating. Run there. 😊💕“
