“I came in for The Big Meal Deal the other night. I was seated in no time at all with a great view of the big screen TV. Minutes later a young lady named Maddy came over and introduced herself and asked if I would like to order a beverage. I ordered my beverage and my meal at the same time . Maddy then inquired if I would be interested in an appetizer. I do like buffalo wings so I ordered them as a starter. My beverage was delivered to my table very quickly by Maddy. She returned with the buffalo wings at almost an unbelievable short wait, I was offered ranch and bleu cheese for dipping and wet naps and napkins for my hands. To my surprise my bacon cheese burger came out exactly as ordered medium rare. (Nice Tender And Juicy) I expect to return to the Middletown Applebee`s in the very near future. I will be asking to be seated in Maddy`s section and I suggest you do the same. Maddy is very professional and treats you with a fun, friendly, attentive and respectful personality !!!“

“Great burgers at a great price. Make sure you always look for the burger of the month. It always rotate monthly. Once you order, they bring the food to your table and clean up after you leave. They have 2 types of ketchup: regular and jalapenos. The small fry is very filling for me. I was debating between a regular and small and decided with the small.

Next time I want to try the milkshakes as everyone who ordered there got one and it looked delicious.“

“I placed my order through the newly downloaded Shake Shack app, opting for their famous ShackBurger, fries, and a milkshake, vanilla & chocolate shake. It should be noted that they do not offer any "value meals" as the fries come separately. Once you place your order, the app tells you exactly when to expect it. If you order via the in-store kiosk, you have the option to dine in or take out, but the app only allows takeout.

The ShackBurger was good. It came loaded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a delicious sauce, all sandwiched in a potato bun. The Shack burger was odd because the meat was warm, but the bun was a little cold. I didn't care for the fries because they were not as warm as I would have liked. The star of the meal was their milkshake; it was incredibly thick, so much so that I had to grab a spoon because it was nearly impossible to drink through a straw. Rich, creamy, and indulgent, it was the perfect treat.

Madison, a friendly employee, was busy delivering orders and opening doors for customers. Other staff members also kept busy, wiping down tables after customers left to ensure everything was neat and clean.“

Food is very good. The eating area is shared by a bar so that it could get a little loud. But these are all good. Hard-working local people. No woke here. All good hard-working red blooded Americans. Service is fast and friendly. Definitely recommend this place. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance cuz it's just in a little shopping mall. I'll definitely be coming back.“

Owner was also very friendly. Even though Keansburg is desolate due to the season, this restaurant is still open and it's worth the trip to either eat in or order out from here. “We had a nice time celebrating my son's surprise 21st birthday at Grillestone. Jose and staff were all very nice and easy to work with and they even helped pull off the surprise. Since it was a 21st Birthday, I wanted to keep it casual and wanted food that my son enjoys when hanhing out. Jose was accommodating and I ordered all different appetizers as the meal. We had plenty of food and it came out all night long as discussed just needed a little bread in between (lol) and we even had leftovers to take home as well. We had a variety of pizza, fried calamari, avacado toast, wings, mac & cheese, nachos, sliders & fries, quesadilla & Ceasar Salad, Great staff, food, drinks all night long. The only thing missing was the band/ DJ but the weather didn't cooperate that night. Thanks again and we look forward in coming back!!!“
