Happy Wok is by far the best Chinese food restaurant in the area. I highly recommend the chicken and eggplant with brown sauce, and any of the shrimp dishes. The food is always cooked to perfection, and it is fresh and has delicious flavor! It is never over salted. The beef on a stick is very tender and is the best I've ever tasted. They also go the extra mile and offer dim sum. If you live on the other side of the lake, it's definitely worth the trip here!
I really can't believe the reviews posted here. We've lived in Hopatcong for 4 years and this is our go to spot for Chinese. We have never experienced a bad meal or any issues with the staff. The food is always fresh. We would highly recommend giving them a try. Order online, its easy, quick, and you will be sure there is no confusion about your order.

My favorite place for Chinese food takeout. Always excellently prepared. Good quality. One of my favorites is the Empire Chicken Deluxe - chicken, shrimp, ginger in a delicious sauce.
