It just sucks its too far from where I live. lol“

“Let me start by saying that I have eaten more Chinese food in more places than the average person. I have a half dozen places that are closer to me but Bally Dar is my standard since discovering it. All the classics are textbook perfect. They are happy to make my General's Chicken with just a little sauce or to omit shrimp and add beef to house special noodle dishes. By the way, I've never seen Udon noodles at a Chinese take out joint. My new fave is House special Udon, 86 the shrimp and add beef. Service is great, they are super fast so I usually just order while I'm driving there or even in the parking lot. Speaking of the parking lot, I like to park on the side of the building and then drive around to get out, otherwise it is a very tight lot full of hangry NJ drivers spazzing out LOL.“

“Ok, I’ll first start by saying I don’t usually fill out reviews, nor was I even asked to do so… I actually came here by accident. I was passing through the area and saw the Jamaican place next door online. I have social anxiety and usually don’t go inside places I don’t know by myself but I decided that I REALLY wanted some j*** chicken, set my gps and drove. As I approached I saw the place I intended to go, and parked. Kept my head down and walked inside. To my surprise I looked up to see two people who were very much not Jamaican lol there was no customers in there and I felt like a deer in headlights and couldn’t turn around and walk out so i just blurted out that I would like some beef lomein. He rang me up and it was $14 and change and my immediate thought was “wtf” but whatever, (I used a card and there was no mention of a $15 limit) I decided to wait in the car for my food and as I did I looked at the reviews. Over and over I read people said the food was expensive, sucked, and the people were rude and stingy with sauces. I was not feeling very hopeful for my lunch at all. However, when I went back in to get my food, the man was more lively and very polite, even asked if I would like any sauce, which I thought was funny. I went back to my car and realized that I had a quart rather than a pint (I never specified) which was why it was so costly. When I opened the container I was pleasantly surprised that there was a lot of meat and veggies in there and it was super hot and fresh. The taste was on point too, probably one of the best beef lomeins I’ve had. Maybe they aren’t super friendly or bubbly, but they were fair, nice, and the food was great. Don’t let the other reviews scare you.“

“Between Yummy Taste, Bally Dar, Yung Lung. I’d put China Taste right in the middle, not great tasting but not terrible.When Yummy Taste is fresh it is my favorite, but more often than not it seems they cook large batches and reheat the orders. I think China Taste might be doing the same.So sesame chicken was a bit stale, lo mein a bit soft, and chicken with broccoli the chicken was a bit soft.My favorite with consistency is Yung Lung. They seem to always cook their food fresh, although I don’t love their sesame chicken flavor.“

“A week ago, my family and I ordered take-out from here, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences my brother-in-law ever had. We always order from Cedar Knolls as that is typically closer to home, but the day we ordered, we never looked at the location when my brother-in-law made the call. They are surprisingly cheaper than Cedar Knolls, and when we got the food, everything was so fresh and flavorful. The steamed dumplings were huge compared to Cedar Knolls and tasted amazing. My brother-in-law kept joking with them about where he was going to pick up the food and if we were getting anything complimentary for such a big food order. To say they delivered is an understatement. My brother-in-law now has drink glasses with Hunan Wok's logo on it, and it is beautiful. Not to mention, they even added a soup on the house. The whole family has agreed that this is definitely our new go-to whenever we're in the mood for Chinese food.“

“I just love going to Master Wok at Rockaway mall! It's a bit of a drive, about 25 minutes from my home, but let me tell you, the food is so good. My favorites are the Barbecue pork and the Chicken & Broccoli. They're simply delicious! You can get two meats with fried rice or lo mein for just $9.35. I've been a loyal customer of this Chinese food place since I was 16, and now that I'm 21, it's still my favorite place ever!“
