Just discovered The Beacon and I highly recommend! Our waitress was the best we ever had. She was very attentive and sweet. (Her daughter just had a baby that day and she was at work!) The food was really good as well. Will definitely be returning. A beautiful building and scenery.

For boaters, lousy dock spaces. No bumpers — just sharp wood/steel on corners and rails all the way around. Shared dock cleats — you hope the adjacent boater reattaches your line when they leave.

Seithen was AMAZING!! She made our experience and anniversary celebration so much better with her humor and attentiveness. After we discovered an undercooked meal, her response regarding us telling her was handled with positivity and accommodations. Based off her service alone, I would come back! I hope to get lucky enough to have her as my waitress in the future!
