With how busy they get they do a good job keeping up, they put in this new kiosk for ordering and the kiosk orders often get messed up or forgotten about entirely. They also have a sign in the lobby that says no eating or drinking which is very confusing seeing as you serve food and drinks. Also why are all but one of the doors locked to get in the lobby, isn't that a fire code violation for a establishment to serve food with seating and only have one unlocked exit, and the other marked exits are locked? Seems very unsafe either way.

For a Dunkin a nice building. A little bit hidden.
We ordered sandwiches and coffee, sat down, and started eating. Half way through our meal, we we asked to leave because the "lounge" was now closed and they had to clean it. Access to the restroom was denied as well, for the same reason. I don't remember ever encountering anything like it. Asking a seated, eating customer to leave, just like that? Wow.
