Literally worst Dunkin’ Donuts! Sad because it’s our local one. Orders never correct speciality drinks never same made however worker wants to make. Local business we place orders and when pickup half order missing or incorrect !!!!! The worst!!!!

What happened to the awesome Christmas decorations. We are from out of town and always stop by in Dec but we were surprised they didn’t put them up this year. ☹️ besides that everything else is average.

They made a mistake on our order which is fine but they were really rude about fixing it, staff was so rude in general. Also the cheese in my $4.60 croissant wasn’t even melted

Coffee is always ready but they always have to make decaf if I ask for it. Why is the lobby closed sometimes. Very annoying. Wonder if the owner knows they stick a paper on door and say drive up only

I live locally but only go here when traveling Rt 80 which is not too frequent. The past two times they have messed up donut orders for my kids, charging me for them but not actually giving them. By the time I realized we were out of the drive thru. Super annoying that they can mess up an online order.
Never had a problem with this Dunkin, so it's my go to when I want coffee. I'll pass 3-4 others and go out of my way to get my coffee here.

Why is it every time you order food it is burnt? Is it the toaster, or employees leaving it in too long? The food is too expensive to be throwing out for these mistakes. Not sure why any one would even think it’s acceptable to serve burnt.
