I live locally but only go here when traveling Rt 80 which is not too frequent. The past two times they have messed up donut orders for my kids, charging me for them but not actually giving them. By the time I realized we were out of the drive thru. Super annoying that they can mess up an online order.

Why is it every time you order food it is burnt? Is it the toaster, or employees leaving it in too long? The food is too expensive to be throwing out for these mistakes. Not sure why any one would even think it’s acceptable to serve burnt.

It was great when it opened, now the baked goods are usually stale and they don't care when you tell about it, the coffee is ok, not what it was when they opened, there are better options near by.

Great service. Have never messed up an order of mine. However today when i went in the owner was speaking very degradingly to their employees saying things like “you work for me, do whatever i say” and things in that regard. not an environment you want to make for employees or costumers.
Absolute amazing experience for my first time at dunkin! Everyone was such a vibe and shout out to My guy Dominic!! You made me love America and dunkin, visit Canada Dominic !!😋

I'm there every morning and late afternoon. Staff has always been great to me but unfortunately due to them continuously raising prices I will no longer be going there unless a must. Great job to the greedy organization. You lost 250 a month now

Never have I been more disappointed in my life of this place. All the former employees either had to quit or were terminated due to new management taking advantage of them and treating them disrespectful. Service has gone down, and have gotten hash browns that taste like the cigarettes the employees smoke in the back.

Customer service is horrible, I watched a women get yelled at by the gentleman working. The man helping me was on his phone while working which I find extremely rude! This use to be my favorite dunkin but I will now no longer be going there.
