It was great when it opened, now the baked goods are usually stale and they don't care when you tell about it, the coffee is ok, not what it was when they opened, there are better options near by.
Never been to a better dunkin in my life! not only are the drinks and food always top notch but the atmopshere of the location and the building and outside patio are amazing! Best dunkin ever made
I wanted to use my points to order so i selected the offers for hash browns and a sandwich. I scanned the rewards order at the register and confirmed with the worker.
My points went down but i never got the food because apparently, in order to actually get food you have to convert points to a digital coupon at the register and then scan the digital coupon at the register again. The workers had no clue even though I confirmed with them.
